一、項目簡介  _{A Brief Introduction of the project}

    江西四達教育咨詢有限公司（南昌惠友教育咨詢有限公司旗下子公司）中國文化之旅項目為全世界其他國家的年輕人提供零成本接觸和了解中國文化的機會，旅行過程中產生的簽證辦理費、往返交通費、在華期間的生活費以及游覽費等均不需由外國學生支付。在工作時間，外國學生可參加公司指定教育或其他機構的文化交流活動，體驗中國職場生活，晚上則免費寄宿在公司指定的接待家庭，零距離接觸中式家庭文化，是外國年輕人體驗中國文化、了解中國就業形勢、開拓國際化視野的最佳方式。

    與此同時，中國接待家庭能用最低的成本獲得一名“貼身外教”，直接有效地激發孩子對英語學習的興趣和欲望，讓中國家庭有機會零距離接觸異國文化，對于計劃讓孩子出國深造的家庭，更是提供了一個提前了解外國生活和文化的好機會。

    _{The Chinese Culture Trip Project of Jiangxi Star Educational Counseling Ltd.(subsidiary of Nanchang Huiyou Educational Counseling Ltd.) offer the young people from the other countries all over the world the opportunities to experience Chinese culture at a zero cost. The foreign students don’t need to pay the fee of visa processing and transportation, the daily costs in China, neither any other possible expenses. The foreign students just need to attend the cultural exchange activities in appointed education institutions or other companies on workdays to experience the workplace culture in China. Every night, the foreign students live with the host family for free. 二、對外國學生的要求  _{The Requirements of the foreign students}

1、18-30歲的女性；

2、高中以上學歷，英語口語流利，無明顯口音；

3、身體健康，五官端正，形象氣質較好（需通過視頻面試）；

4、無犯罪記錄；

5、對待孩子有愛心和耐心；

6、每天晚餐時段的1小時與接待家庭孩子進行英語交流。

_{(5) Love children and be patient with them.}

三、對接待家庭的要求   _{The requirements of the host family}

1、為外國學生提供三餐或餐費；

2、為外國學生提供設備完善的獨立房間，安全舒適的居住環境；

3、每周安排一天家庭出游，為外國學生提供體驗中國文化的機會；

4、理解中外文化差異，幫助外國學生適應在華生活。

四、江西四達教育咨詢有限公司的職責   _{The responsibilities of Jiangxi Star Educational Counseling Ltd.}

1、在外國學生來華之前，對接待家庭和外國學生進行前期的指導培訓；

2、在項目初期協助外國學生和接待家庭互相了解和熟悉、說明活動安排等其他相關事宜；

3、為外國學生購買保險、電話卡、交通卡；

4、為外國學生安排進行文化交流活動的幼教或其他機構；

5、每周一天陪同或指導外國學生外出游玩并承擔其產生的游玩費用；

6、若外國學生和接待家庭產生矛盾，在必要時給予協調和幫助；

(2) _{Help the foreign student and the host family get familiar with each other at the beginning of the project.}

(3) _{Buy the insurance, telephone card and transportation card for the foreign student.}

(4) _{Arrange cultural exchange activities in appointed preschool education institutions or other companies for the foreign student.}

_{(5) Arrange a one-day trip for the foreign student every week.}

_{(6) Help resolving problems between the foreign student and the host family when needed.}
